Creamy Corn Chowder
DELICIOUS SOUP YEAR ROUND. Ingredients
- One 15.5 ounce can Niblet Kernel Corn with natural juices
- 1/2 cup Light Cream
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
- One teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- Garnish Spinach Leaf (cooked)
Directions
- In a soup pot with a lid add light cream, milk, cornstarch on medium heat, whisk to combine, Add entire can of corn, stir well. Add black pepper and reduce heat to low, cover and cook 15 minutes (stir during cooking time).
- Garnish with cooked spinach leaf.
- Optional croutons, crackers.
- Enjoy!
