Cream Of Chicken And Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts (to 6)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or possibly cream of mushroom with garlic
- 4 x soup cans low fat lowfat milk (2%)
- 2 pkt generic scalloped potatoes salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushrooms with liquid
Directions
- "I threw all of this in the crockpot, first the chicken, then the soup, potatoes, seasoning which came with the potatoes, and I dumped the lowfat milk over the top. Cooked on low in the crockpot for 6 hrs, comes out yummy! If you want more sauce, you could throw in another can of soup and another can or possibly two of lowfat milk."
