Crock Pot Chicken And Rice
Great way to use up leftovers. Ingredients
- 3-4 pound chicken (cooked & cut in chunks)
- 2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2-3 cans water
- 2 (4 ounce.) cans mushrooms (with liquid)
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion sup mix (or 1 can onion soup)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Butter crock pot.
- Mix rice and chicken chunks.
- Pour in crock pot.
- Mix soups, liquid, mushrooms and seasonings.
- Pour over rice and chicken in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hrs.
