Chicken And Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 x skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 1 can skim lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. rice steamed
Directions
- Put the breasts in a baking dish. Mix soup and lowfat milk together and put over chicken breasts. Put in a 375 degree oven. Put rice in a steamer till almost done (5-10 min from being done....about 30 min. Put in bakingdish with breasts and soup mix. Put back in oven for 15 min or possibly tilchicken is done.
