Crab And Shrimp Fondue
Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can shrimp
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 T sherry
- French bread, cut to bite-size pcs
Directions
- Drain crabmeat and flake. Drain shrimp and set both shell fish aside. Put together remaining ingredients, except French bread, in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally till smooth.Add in crabmeat and shrimp and heat thoroughly. Pour mix into a chafing dish to serve. Use cubes of French bread for dipping.
