Crab And Cheese Meltwich
Ingredients
- 2 ounce Crab meat/tuna,
- 1 ounce Lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Sherry extract
- 1/2 x English muffin, toasted
Directions
- Combine crab, cheese, mayonnaise, and sherry extract in topof double boiler over boiling water. Cook, stirring, till cheese melts and mix is warm. Spoon over muffin and serve
