Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Crab meat/tuna,
  • 1 ounce Lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Sherry extract
  • 1/2 x English muffin, toasted

Directions

  1. Combine crab, cheese, mayonnaise, and sherry extract in topof double boiler over boiling water. Cook, stirring, till cheese melts and mix is warm. Spoon over muffin and serve
