Country Corn
A good side dish. Ingredients
- 8 Cobs of boiled corn in 1/4C sugar
- 1/2C Ranch dressing
- 1/2C Minced garlic
- 1/2C Chopped Parsley
- 1/4C Milk
- 1/2C Parmesan cheese
- Wondra flour
Directions
- Cut corn off cob close to cob. Get all juices.
- Add in dressing, garlic, parsley, milk and parmesan cheese.
- Stir together.
- Shake Wondra in as needed to slightly thicken. Shake and stir. Repeat till thickened to medium consistency.
- Serve hot or cold.
