Country Corn

Ingredients

  • 8 Cobs of boiled corn in 1/4C sugar
  • 1/2C Ranch dressing
  • 1/2C Minced garlic
  • 1/2C Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4C Milk
  • 1/2C Parmesan cheese
  • Wondra flour

Directions

  1. Cut corn off cob close to cob. Get all juices.
  2. Add in dressing, garlic, parsley, milk and parmesan cheese.
  3. Stir together.
  4. Shake Wondra in as needed to slightly thicken. Shake and stir. Repeat till thickened to medium consistency.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
