Corn And Swiss Cheese Bake
Ingredients
- 2 c. Fresh corn kernels, (about 8 ears)
- 1 c. Swiss cheese (4 ounce), shredded
- 1/2 c. Whipping cream
- 1 lrg Egg
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients; spoon into 4 lightly greased 6-oz ramekins or possibly custard c..
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 min.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Notes:This recipe can also be baked in a lightly greased 1-qt baking dish at 350F for 30 to 35 min.
