Connie's Stuffed Jalapeno's
Ingredients
- 12 x Canned jalapeno peppers
- 4 ounce Philly cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 1 x Paprika
Directions
- Cut each pepper in half lengthwise, remove veins and seeds and drain. Mash softened cream cheese with the lowfat sour cream; stir in garlic and onion. Stuff each pepper half with cheese mix and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- Refrigeratebefore serving.
