Jan's Fresh Fatfree Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 4 lrg Tomatoes, minced, (yellow and red ones)
- 1 c. Minced sweet peppers, (a mix of banana, red, yellow, purple, and green) (up to 1-1/2)
- 1/4 x Red onion, diced small
- 1 x Jalapenos, chopped, (optional), up to 2
- 1/2 tsp Crushed garlic or possibly 3-4 cloves chopped, up to 1
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar, (could also use white) Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix everything together in a large bowl. You can eat this right away or possibly refrigeratein the refrigerator.
