  • Coconut Lemon Crescent Bars

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounce refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1 c. flaked coconut
    • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
    • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine -- melted
    • 2 x Large eggs -- slightly beaten

    Directions

    1. 1. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Place in ungreased 13"x9" pan.
    2. Press over bottom and up sides to create crust. Firmly press perforations to create seal. Bake at 375i F for 5 min.
    3. 2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine all other ingredients. Pour over partially baked crust. Return to oven and bake an additional 12-17 min till light golden brown. Cold completely before cutting.
