Citrus Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 x Oranges, peeled, segmented, and membrane removed
- 1 x Blood orange, peeled, segmented, and membrane removed (or possibly 1 additional regular orange)
- 1 x Lemon, peeled, segmented, and membrane removed
- 1 x Lime, peeled, segmented, and membrane removed
- 1 tsp Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp Seeded and chopped serrano chile
- 2 tsp Seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Kosher salt, to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine the citrus segments in a bowl. Add in all the other ingredients and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
