Chocolate Tapioca Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 x egg beaten
- 2 3/4 c. chocolate flavored skim lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 min. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Let stand 20 min; stir. Chill till cool.
