Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 2 3/4 c. chocolate flavored skim lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 min. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Let stand 20 min; stir. Chill till cool.
