Chocolate Brownie Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Chocolate wafer crumbs (40)
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 x Egg white
Directions
- In food processor, combine wafer crumbs, sugar and butter; pulse till blended. Add in egg white; pulse till moistened. Press mix onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 for 8-10 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold completely before filling.
