Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables And Pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Oil -- [or possibly spray oil Or possibly just sherry -- sufficient for Sauteeing
- 1 c. Water -- or possibly sherry
- 3 x Carrots -- minced
- 1 x Zucchini -- minced
- 6 ounce Snowpeas -- optional
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms -- minced
- 2 x Onions -- sliced
- 2 lrg Tomatoes -- minced For me, optional
- 1/2 lb Mung bean sprouts -- or possibly Minced cabbage
- 1 x 10-ounce can
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce or possibly tamari Baby corn and/or possibly Water chestnuts -- Variation Crushed pineapple
Directions
- Stir-fry all ingredients together over medium high heat till carrots are tender yet crisp. Serve warm with rice [or possibly Chinese noodles or possibly your favorite pasta].
- Serves 4.
