Chilled Blackberry Pie
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 1/2 teaspoon blackberry Jello
- 4 c. fresh blackberries
- 9 inch baked pie shell
Directions
- Cook cornstarch, sugar and water till thick. Stir in Jello till dissolved. Cold filling. Gently stir in blackberries. Put in pie shell. Refrigerateand serve with Cold Whip.
- You can substitute other fruit in place of blackberries and use same kind of Jello as you do fruit. Enjoy!
