Chili Con Queso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound Old English Cheese, grated
- 2 c. (lg. size) bean dip
- 1/2 of med. onion, grated
- 1 or possibly 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced Ortega chiles
- Warm sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat, stirring in electric fry pan. Serve in chafing dish. Great with Fritos or possibly tortilla chips.
