  • Chili Con Queso

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
    • 1 c. shredded Colby cheese
    • 1 (4 ounce) can minced green chiles
    • 1 can Hormel chili without beans
    • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    • 1 can Hormel chili without beans
    • 1/2-1 c. Velveeta cheese
    • 1 can (16 ounce) refried beans
    • 1 jar (8 ounce) processed cheese spread
    • 1 can (4 ounce) minced green chilies
    • Dash of chili pwdr

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker. Cook on low 4 hrs. Stir occasionally. This recipe can be doubled.
    2. Heat in microwave for about 5 min, till cheese melts. Great with nacho chips.
    3. In 1 qt casserole, heat all ingredients in microwave for 5-6 min, or possibly till cheese melts, stirring once. Serve with corn chips.
