Chili Con Queso
Ingredients
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 c. shredded Colby cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can minced green chiles
- 1 can Hormel chili without beans
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can Hormel chili without beans
- 1/2-1 c. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can (16 ounce) refried beans
- 1 jar (8 ounce) processed cheese spread
- 1 can (4 ounce) minced green chilies
- Dash of chili pwdr
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker. Cook on low 4 hrs. Stir occasionally. This recipe can be doubled.
- Heat in microwave for about 5 min, till cheese melts. Great with nacho chips.
- In 1 qt casserole, heat all ingredients in microwave for 5-6 min, or possibly till cheese melts, stirring once. Serve with corn chips.
