Chili Con Queso
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, minced or possibly 2 sweet green chilies, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Flour Chicken broth
- 3/4 c. Shredded Velveeta processed food spread
- 3/4 c. Montery Jack cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and peppers till soft. Stir in flour then slowly add in the chicken broth. Stir over low heat till the sauce thickens. Add in cheese, season with salt and pepper and serve.
