Chicken Mandarin Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 lb Spring Mix
- 5 lbs. Cooked Chicken, Cut into cubes.
- 1 lb Mandarin Oranges, Drain
- 1 lb Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
- Black Pepper
- 20ech Spinach Herb Wrap
Directions
- Combine greens, chicken, oranges, and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Combine vinegar and sugar.
- Whisk in vegetable oil and sesame oil.
- Pour dressing over salad.
- Add sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste then toss.
- Place garlic her wrap on work surface.
- Spread 4oz of chicken mixture on bottom half of wrap, proceed to roll wrap from the bottom half to the top.
- Seal the wrap, then slice in half on the bias.
