Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 tsp chopped garlic or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste optional
- 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste
- 1 x soft flatbread of choice
- 1 c. shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 ounce skinless boneless chicken breast grilled cooled and thinly sliced
Directions
- Mix together first 7 ingredients till blended. Spread over bread one wide of bread. Sprinkle lettuce over the bread and arrange the chicken in a row at one end. Roll up like a jelly roll with chicken ending up in the middle. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill till serving. Slice at the diagonal.
