  • Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap

    Ingredients

    • 1 tsp chopped garlic or possibly to taste
    • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    • 2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
    • 1/2 tsp anchovy paste optional
    • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 x soft flatbread of choice
    • 1 c. shredded romaine lettuce
    • 2 ounce skinless boneless chicken breast grilled cooled and thinly sliced

    Directions

    1. Mix together first 7 ingredients till blended. Spread over bread one wide of bread. Sprinkle lettuce over the bread and arrange the chicken in a row at one end. Roll up like a jelly roll with chicken ending up in the middle. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill till serving. Slice at the diagonal.
