    Ingredients

    • 4 Boneless skin on Chicken Breasts
    • 1 tbs Olive Oil
    • 1 tbls Butter
    • 2 Carrots peeled and diced
    • 2 Parsnips peeled and diced
    • 1 Turnip peeled and diced
    • 2 tsp fresh minced garlic
    • 1 tbs Demi-Glace
    • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • 1tbs fresh flat parsley chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Braised Cannellini Beans with Kale,Braised for Serving

    Directions

    1. Season Chicken,with salt and pepper
    2. In an 11-inch skillet over medium heat warm oil ,brown chicken skin side down until crisp,turn chicken over reduce heat cover and cook about 8 more minutes
    3. transfer chicken to plate and tent with foil
    4. In same pan over medium heat add butter,add carrots,parsnips,and turnips stirring constantly for about one minute
    5. Reduce heat add in demi-glace, add garlic,thyme and honey,and broth,cover and cook for five more minutes
    6. remove from heat ,stir in parsley salt and pepper..Serve Chicken with Root veggies,and Braised Cannellini Beans an Kale..
