Cheesy Sausage And Green Chile Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Stouffer's Welsh rarebit - (11 ounce) defrosted according to package directions
- 1 lb bulk Italian sausage cooked, liquid removed
- 1 can Ortega diced green chiles - (4 ounce)
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp grnd cumin
- 3 c. all-purpose baking mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 24 muffin c..
- Combine welsh rarebit, sausage, chiles, chili pwdr and cumin in medium bowl. Add in baking mix; stir just till moistened. Spoon mix into prepared muffin c., filling 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15 to 20 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- This recipe yields 24 muffins.
