Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Stouffer's Welsh rarebit - (11 ounce) defrosted according to package directions
  • 1 lb bulk Italian sausage cooked, liquid removed
  • 1 can Ortega diced green chiles - (4 ounce)
  • 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cumin
  • 3 c. all-purpose baking mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 24 muffin c..
  2. Combine welsh rarebit, sausage, chiles, chili pwdr and cumin in medium bowl. Add in baking mix; stir just till moistened. Spoon mix into prepared muffin c., filling 2/3 full.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. This recipe yields 24 muffins.
