  • Cheesy Noodles With Corn

    Ingredients

    • 3 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
    • 2 c. 1% Low-Fat Lowfat milk
    • 1/4 tsp Pepper
    • 1/2 loaf Light Processed Cheese (16 Ounce Block), Cubed
    • 4 c. Cooked Wide Egg Noodles, (6 1/2 Ounce Uncook)
    • 1/2 c. Green Onions, Minced
    • 1 pkt Frzn Whole Kernel Corn, Thawed Cooking Spray
    • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place flour in medium saucepan. Gradually add in lowfat milk; stir with whisk till blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 6 min or possibly till thick; stir constantly. Add in pepper and processed cheese; cook 2 min or possibly till cheese melts. Stir constantly.
    2. Combine cheese sauce, noodles, onions, and corn in a bowl. Spoon into a 2-quart. casserole coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min or possibly till bubbly. Broil 3 min or possibly till lightly browned.
