    Ingredients

    • Filling
    • 2 containers crumbled blue cheese
    • 3 C sharp cheddar
    • 1 container feta
    • 1 C Parmesan
    • 1 C breadcrumbs
    • ___________________
    • 100+ Mushroom caps
    • 1 stick butter

    Directions

    1. Mix cheese stuffing well
    2. Stuff mushroom caps
    3. Place mushrooms in pan (something that has sides as they get juicy when cooking )
    4. Add stick of butter
    5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through
