Nutty Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb Stuffing mushrooms
- Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. Shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 lrg Beaten egg
Directions
- Mushrooms. Remove and finely chop stems. Sprinkle insides of caps with salt and brush outsides with oil. Cook minced stems, garlic and nuts in butter 3-4 min; remove from heat. Fold in stuffing, cheese and Large eggs; spoon into caps. Bake at 350F. 8-10 min on an ungreased baking sheet or possibly till throughly heated.
