Bleu Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fine chopped mushroom stems
- 1/4 c. fine minced green onion
- 2 tsp margarine
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 pkt bleu cheese salad dressing mix
- 2 tsp lowfat milk
Directions
- Select large, hard mushrooms w/underside still tightly closed.
- Wash in cool water and dry. Carefully remove stems and reserve.
- Saute/fry mushroom stems and onions in margarine 5 minutes. Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and lowfat milk. Fold in onion mix. Fill prepared caps.
- Bake 20-25 minutes. at 350 deg.
