Bleu Cheese And Brandy Spread
Ingredients
- 8 ounce bleu cheese crumbled
- 16 ounce cream cheese softened
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 c. brandy
- 1 tsp thyme powdered Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 1 hour so flavors can intermingle. Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or possibly endive. Also superb wrapped up in thin slices of ham, turkey or possibly rare roast beef!
- This recipe yields 8 servings;
