Cheese Ball With Dried Beef

Ingredients

• 8 ounce cream cheese
• 1 (3 ounce) pkg. dry beef, cut fine
• 1/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
• 2 T instant chopped onion
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 2 T minced green olives or possibly ripe olives
• Garlic pwdr to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon Beau Monde
