Cedar And Herbs Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 x cedar plank, water presoaked
- 1 lrg salmon fillet
- 1 bn parsley
- 1 bn sage
- 1 bn lemon balm
- 1 bn thyme
- 1 bn basil
- 1 bn oregano
- 1 lrg onion
- 1 x lemon
- 1 c. canola oil (250 milliliters)
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil (175 milliliters)
- 2 Tbsp. sea salt (30 milliliters)
- 1 Tbsp. pepper (15 milliliters)
Directions
- Rub extra virgin olive oil over the cedar plank and lay the salmon fillet over top.
- Chop onion, parsley, sage, lemon balm, thyme, basil and oregano. In a large bowl mix together with canola oil sea salt and pepper.
- Place the mix on the salmon fillet and cut lemon rinds on top of the herb mix. Wrap in plastic and chill until ready to barbeque.
- Barbeque on medium high for 12 to 15 min.
