Cauliflower Cutlet
delicious and amazing crispy outer and inner soft bite. Ingredients
- 1/4 (about 400g) caulis - cut into florets and steamed/boiled till tender
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 4 shallots - chopped
- 1 red chili - chopped
- 1 green chili - chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1-2 sprigs coriander leaves - chopped/shredded
- Salt for taste
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Mash boiled caulis and incorporate with the rest of the ingredients.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape into cutlets or rolls.
- Deep fry and drain over kitchen towel.
