Carrabba's Italian Grill's Penne Franco
Ingredients
- 1 x garlic clove - (to 2) sliced
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sun-dry tomatoes minced
- 1/4 c. mushrooms sauteed
- 6 x artichoke heart quarters
- 6 x kalamata olives pitted
- 1 x chicken breast grilled, sliced Penne pasta - (3 to 4 ounce dry weight) cooked according to package directions, liquid removed, kept hot Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Directions
- Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil for about 1 minute. Add in sun-dry tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, grilled and sliced chicken and cooked penne pasta. Saute/fry to heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with freshly grated cheese.
