Carrabba's Italian Grill's Linguine Pescatore (Of The Sea)
Ingredients
- 3 x shrimp - (21 to 25 per lb size)
- 3 x scallops - (10 to 20 per lb size)
- 6 x mussels - (to 8)
- 1 jar marinara or possibly tomato sauce - (10 ounce) brand of your choice
- 12 ounce cooked linguine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the above over medium heat in a covered saute/fry pan till done. Toss with 12 ounces of cooked linguini. Garnish and serve.
- This recipe yields 1 serving.
