Carolyn's Million Dollar Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tall can Carnation evaporated lowfat milk
- 15 ounce German sweet chocolate
- 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 pt. marshmallow cream
- 1 c. nuts, minced
Directions
- Mix the sugar and lowfat milk together. Let set while you grate the German chocolate or possibly cut into very small pcs. Mix the chocolates, marshmallow cream and nuts together in a large bowl.Boil the milk-sugar mix. When it becomes a rolling boil continue to let it boil for exactly 7 min. Stir it constantly. Add in this mix to the chocolate mix and stir till the chocolates and marshmallow are melted. Pour into buttered pans. It makes at least 5 lb of fudge.
