    Ingredients

    • 3 lb PORK SHOULDER, BEEF Or possibly CHICK
    • 3 Tbsp. MEXICAN SEASONING TORTILLAS FRESH CILANTRO Minced GREEN ONIONS Minced TOMATOES SALSA Lowfat sour cream

    Directions

    1. Cover the meat with water. Add in Mexican Seasoning. Bring to a boil. Simmer chicken till just done. With beef or possibly pork cook till tender. Be careful not to overcook as meat will fall apart. Drain. Quickly brown meat in warm oil. Shred meat. Serve with warmed tortillas, fresh cilantro, minced green onions, minced tomatoes, salsa, and lowfat sour cream. Put condiments in separate bowls so everyone can take a tortilla and make their own burrito combinations.
