Caramel Rolls (Sticky Buns)
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frzn cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. or possibly 12 whole pecans
Directions
- Put pecans in pan. Place rolls on top. Heat butter, then add in brown sugar, pudding, lowfat milk, cinnamon. Mix together and pour over rolls. Let raise 1/2 way, then chill overnight. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.Use 9 x 13 cake pan. Cover the cover with foil. After rolls are baked, invert onto cover and let cool.
