Campbell's Mushroom Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread (about 1 lb.) (16" long), cut in half lengthwise
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or possibly 98 %Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounce.)
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning crushed
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 sm red pepper minced
- 2 x green onions minced
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 400 F. HEAT bread on baking sheet 5 minutes. or possibly till lightly toasted. MIX soup, garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepper and onions. SPREAD soup mix over bread to within 1/4" of edge. Bake 5 minutes. or possibly till warm. Cut each half into 12 slices.
