    Ingredients

    • 2 c. powdered sugar
    • 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
    • 2/3 c. chocolate chips
    • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
    • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
    • 1 lb chocolate Oreo cookies
    • 1/2 c. butter, melted
    • 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
    • 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream

    Directions

    1. Mix first four ingredients together and boil for 8 min, stirring constantly. Set aside: allow to cold. Crush the Oreo cookies; add in melted butter and spread in a 9x13-inch pan. Chill till good and hard.
    2. Sprinkle peanuts on top of Oreos, then spread softened vanilla ice cream on. Next pour the cooked chocolate mix on ice cream. Freeze.
