Pineapple Bars Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
- 2 (8 oz.) dole pineapple, crushed, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1 cup graham crackers, ground
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat butter, cream cheese and marshmallow cream and mix well.
- Spread over the crust.
- Spread pineapple over the filling layer.
- Topping: Spread cool whip over the pineapple layer.
- Sprinkle graham crackers crumbs over the cool whip layer.
- Decorate.
