Buffalo Chicken Soup
Easy to make and you can make it as spicy as you want !! It taste just like buffalo chicken wings !!! Ingredients
- Chicken pieces - 1 lb
- Tomato Soup x 3 cans
- Rice 1 cup
- Hot sauce- 1/2 cup
- chopped onions 1 med
- chopped celery cut into small pieces
- shredded carrots 2 -3
- honey mustard 1/4 cup
- black pepper - 2 tsp
- 3 cups water
Directions
- I usually make 20 gallons of this soup, but you can adjust to the amounts you need.
- boil chicken peices about 20 min.
- In a pot, place tomato soup, onions, celery, shredded carrots, honey mustard, hot sauce, pepper and water (equal parts water to soup)
- Once the chicken is ready add to mixture and cook for approx 45 min. Then add rice and cook for another 20 min
