    pulut hitam dan daun pandan.

    2. Setelah

    kembang dan lembut masukkan gula Melaka.

    3. Masukkan 7/8

    bahagian santan dan kecilkan api. Kacau sehingga mendidih.

    4. Setelah

    mendidih masukkan kesemua ulas durian dan kacau. Biarkan sehingga mendidih, masukkan garam secukup rasa.

    5. Hidangkan

    dalam bekas dan masukkan sedikit santan pekat dan buatkan corak.
