Broccoli & Red Peppers with Walnut Sesame Clusters
Delicious Cold Salad to enjoy any time! Bring to a potluck dinner, BBQ, any get together. Ingredients
- one Head Broccoli
- One Red Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Whole Walnuts
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- One tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Rinse and trim broccoli, dry on paper towels add into a large mixing bowl
- In a small bowl add whole walnuts, honey and sesame seeds and stir gently, set aside
- Slice red bell pepper
- Add sliced red peppers into the broccoli bowl, add vinegar and oil and gently stir, add walnut mixture and fold into the cold salad
- Cover and chill one hour before serving.
- Enjoy!
