Fresh Broccoli And Red Pepper Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Minced small onion
- 3 lrg chopped garlic cloves
- 1 lb Fresh broccoli
- 1 lrg red bell pepper seeded and minced
- 1 lb Skim lowfat milk mozzarella cheese
- 2 x Deep dish (thick) crusts
- 6 ounce Grated provolone cheese
- 4 ounce Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 Tbsp. Unbleached flour Salt & fresh grnd pepper
Directions
- Spray small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add in oil, onion and garlic. Cook over low heat for about five min, till soft; transfer to mixing bowl. Separate broccoli florets and add in to mixing bowl. Peel broccoli stems and chop coarsely; add in to bowl. Shred the mozzarella cheese.
- Stir in peppers, cheese, flour salt and pepper ingredients.
- Divide mix, spreading proportionately over two deep-dish crusts. Put pizzas on lower shelves of oven pre heated to 425 degrees. Bake for 20-22 min or possibly till crusts are golden brown.
