Brazil Nut Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pound shelled Brazil nuts
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 quart. coffee, chocolate or possibly other flavor ice cream
Directions
- Grind the nuts fine - it should produce 1 1/2 c. of nuts. Mix with sugar. Reserve 1/4 c. of nuts. Press mix into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Fill the shell with softened ice cream. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Freeze till hard.
