ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS PREPARE MUFFIN PANS WITH PAPER INSERTS TO KEEP MUFFINS FROM STICKING. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F. FOR 25 MINUTES Ingredients
- 1 1/2 CUPS GLUTEN FREE FLOUR
- 3/4 CUP FAXSEED MEAL
- 3/4 CUP OAT BRAN
- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
- 1 TEASPOON ZANTHAN GUM
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 2 TEASPOONS GROUND CINNAMON
- 1 1/2 CUPS CARROTS (2) SHREDDED
- 2 APPLES,PEELED AND SHREDDED
- 1 CUP NUTS,USED WALNUTS
- 3/4 CUP MILK
- 2 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
Directions
- MIX TOGETHER FLOUR, FLAXSEED MEAL, OAT BRAN, BROWN SUGAR, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, ZANTHAN GUM, SALT AND CINNAMON IN A LARGE BOWL.
- STIR IN CARROTS, APPLES AND NUTS.
- COMBINE MILK, BEATEN EGGS AND VANILLA.
- POUR LIQUID INGREDIENTS INTO DRY INGREDIENTS.
- STIR UNTIL INGREDIENTS ARE MOISTENED.
- DO NOT OVER MIX.
- FILL MUFFIN CUPS WITH PAPER INSERTS TO 3/4 FULL.\
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F. FOR 25 MINUTES
