Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 3 ounce. bourbon
- 1 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. light Karo
- 3/4 c. semi - sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Healthy pinch salt
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Soak pecans in bourbon for at least 4 hrs. Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
